My wife handed the key over after reqeust from mechanic. No further communication after that. Wife remained at home until I returned at 3pm. No sign of Mechanic or key. The key had been posted through letterbox. ? Was not told if work was being done on driveway or taken to a garage ? Service book was not requested.

Polite , picked up on time and brought the car back quicker than expected! Can tell they treat customers lovely & with respect. Got booked in last minute for a MOT and service, no hidden fees for things that need “fixing” or overcharging a girl that doesn’t know a thing about cars so really great garage in my opinion, they’re just honest workers. It was my first time using these as I’d booked through ClickMechanic but I will definitely be going back for anything in the future!

Adam was fantastic, from communication down to providing a detailed report and talking me through absolutely everything in detail and with utmost patience. It’s only a shame he doesn’t live closer to me otherwise I would definitely have him as my own mechanic!

Mudassar was great, there was an issue at the garage but he kept me updated and stayed/ worked late to get it done for me. Really appreciated the hard work, would recommend to anyone who will struggle to find the time to get their MOT sorted

Great service, will definitely seek out and use again when needed. Done my clutch and brakes at same time and both were priced £100s less than big name high st names.
