Diagnosed the fault quickly, sourced the part and returned and fixed it for a very reasonable price. Friendly and efficient. I think that says it all - I'm a happy customer.

Punctual, but did not find or fix the underlying problem or offer any solution very disappointing indeed no further forward but nearly £80 worse off. Did not provide a diagnosis print out or via email which is normally standard practice.

He did a good job and spotted 2 other things needed, very helpfull doing all the work needed. Even going to get extra parts to sort it

Ion was extremely hard working and professional whilst repairing my wife's 23 year old Citroen Saxo VTR he replaced the coil spring,control arms and part of the suspension which must have a challenge with age of the car but he managed it and it has made such a difference to the handling of the car.I would recommend Ion for any repair you may need .

Arrived on time got straight into it and did change of front brake pads quickly they are still squeaking though I hope just bedding in was a bit concerned with clumsy hit of wheel nut on new paintwork seemed to fly out of his hand couldn’t find the chip it must have caused but otherwise ok
