Rick was great - as was his trainee, Andy. They arrived punctually this morning and carried out a first rate job. Friendly, approachable and obviously knowledgeable. The original appointment had been for the day before, but when technical issues arose, Rick communicated with me really well and managed to fit me in first thing today. During the work he was booked for, he identified a further related problem, resolving this for me as well and did not charge for the added labour. A fantastic gesture for which I am very grateful.
