Andrew was very good told me why it took a little longer for my repair, my relay van needed a EGR valve, He told me a couple of bolts had broken off and he was able to remove them then replace them with new bolts He also told me he had topped my antifreeze up , The girls in the office were very helpful and friendly, thank you

Rick was great - as was his trainee, Andy. They arrived punctually this morning and carried out a first rate job. Friendly, approachable and obviously knowledgeable. The original appointment had been for the day before, but when technical issues arose, Rick communicated with me really well and managed to fit me in first thing today. During the work he was booked for, he identified a further related problem, resolving this for me as well and did not charge for the added labour. A fantastic gesture for which I am very grateful. I would definitely recommend Rick and Andy to anyone requiring work done at home. Thanks very much to you both
