First time using this service and experienced no issues at all. The car was parked at my mums house so I didn’t meet the mechanic myself but she said he was friendly and polite.

Mark was great. Great guy, lovely to talk to. Helped me understand the issues with the car. Was very patient. Was happy to return the car to me at work as I couldn’t be home to receive. On return the car had a knocking sound that he fixed immediately for me. Great company, fair prices beating all garages around. I would deffo use in the future! Have already recommended to all my driving friends!

Richard was great! We are very happy with the work done. Due to the condition of my car, the work wasn't as straight forward as it should have been but Richard found a way to fix it still and kept us informed. He eas friendly, accomodating and knowledgable.

Mechanic Jack was friendly, easy going and pleasant, he diagnosed the problem, found the fault and fixed it without any difficulty, which impressed me as I was a mechanic in the 60's and early 70's but would not have found this fault on my complicated BMW engine. Thank goodness I left it alone and called for a modern mechanic with the proper kit to do the job.

Highly unprofessional and dogy an independent mechanic. Bartek was fixing my car at 21:00 at night even though I had a booking at 12:00 - 14:00 next day. He said he was so busy that probably he wouldn't come tomorrow so he was happy I allowed him to come at 20:00. He came late anyway - at 21:00. He fixed the car in the dark and by accident he disconnected something that controls my boot while making the repair. Now my boot cannot be opened and he claims it has nothing to do with his work and closed the case when I wanted to him to make as it was before = working. After the investigation and obvious fact the boot didn't work after he did the job it turned out that the fix on my start motor can hugely affect working mechanism in my boot. He is ignoring me and not taken responsibility for the mistake he made that could have been solved quickly and easily. I have made mistake giving him full stars after he left without properly checking the car - that was my mistake.

I had booked Adeel for service and MOT. Adeel established contact at the scheduled time of collection, communicated well throughout the process and completed the work promptly in a day. Overall a very good experience.

Can't fault. Collected on time, took pictures and advised on issue. Even provided me with an petrol cleaner solution after repair to help remedy future issues.

What a great service. The car was picked up promptly and I was given updates of progress on the car. Also provided photos of before and after. The car was dropped back off to my house at he end of the day as promised. An additional part had to be ordered during the work but no additional labour was charged - very pleased

The Mechanic from simply motoring rang ahead to say he was 10 minutes away. He was informative and helpful. He checked everything over and gave me lots of info while doing the diagnostic checks. He went out of his way to help me find the right parts to order once the diagnostic was complete.

Fathay was punctual, communicated with me before arriving and throughout their appointment. Their diagnosis of the issue had rationale, they worked with conscientiousness and care and have been in good communication since.
