Pawel was super efficient. He was polite and talked through my raised concerns. There didn't end up being anything wrong with my car in the end, but Pawel did a complete diagnostic and health check and put my mind at rest that the car was safe to drive. Would highly recommend.

Joe was very friendly and he knew what he was talking about. The job he took on was a straight forward one (bleeding brakes). The last mechanic could not do this job after replacing the driver side rear brake pipe. This pipe fractured after having the rear brake pads changed by Michael last Tuesday. Joe was going to bring the car back to me but there was a screeching noise coming from the rear break on the drivers side. As the car has not been driven since the breaks were changed he has got to find out what is causing the problem. To say I am glad I have him on the job would be an understatement.

Springfield garage and Shakil did a great job. The job was accepted within an hour. Had a call from garage saying they could get the work done the the next day. My car was collected and returned at the agreed times allowing me to get to work on time. Had plenty of communication keeping me up to date on the progress. Really pleased with the work that was done and would highly recommend the guys at Springfield garage.

Sampath was punctual, friendly and helpful. The service carried out was excellent with a lot of detail things like greasing door hinges, often missed by other non dealer garages. They even cleaned the engine bay so it now looks as good as it did when be bought it it. The price was really good too. I will be back!
