Jason was an amazing mechanic. Very knowledgeable and got the job done quicker than I thought. Had a badly worn bearing on a wheel and he immediately confirmed the fault and replaced it less than an hour. Highly recommended!

All good, car came back from an MOT re-energised! Noticeable difference for the better. Slight internal miscommunication on returning the car, as it was a collection and delivery service which couldn't be delivered due to staff shortages, but when I collected it I found out someone was booked already to deliver it. Not an issue for me at the time, but could be if circumstances were different. I would definitely use again though!

Liam was fantastic. Turned up when he said he would, worked really quickly and had the car back on the road in no time.

Mechanic was friendly on the phone,my only gripe is that he said the lights on the dashboard were all out,only 25% of part of the service was complete and 5mins along the road all the exact same lights came on,an extremely short time later the money was taken from my account, all in all,not happy.

Dragos gave me some good advice about next steps, which wasn’t going to cost additional money and then they offered further support if needed. I felt they were both authentic and realistic in their roles and weren’t trying to rip anyone off. Both were down to earth, honest and made me feel at ease.
