Unfortunately front nearside wheel studs were left loose and not tightened by mechanics who attended. Consequently wheel fell off as I was driving to work the following day Tues (20/02) damage has now been independently assessed Fri (23/02) and repair will cost £1700.
No response to messages left. Case is still unresolved.

Ashley & another mechanic came on time and were polite explaining what they were going to do and got on with the work immediately the job was to fit new brake pads on the front they were very quick and I was very satisfied

Ash was great, he and his mate saw that the job I booked him for wasn’t actually needed and instead of belittling or making me feel bad about it just did the job that needed doing instead. Changed the bill as well with no issue. Top guy (and his mate, sorry I didn’t get his name) would recommend and will use again.
