Really quick after my regular mechanic was unavailable for the next 2 weeks. They came and diagnosed my car and gave me some advice for the next steps for remedying any underlying issues.

The garage were good. Kept me updated all the way. Not sure if I'm meant to get an invoice to show works completed or not but overall happy with the work

I was amazed how smoothly and professionally my repairs were done. I was desperate as my clutch had gone, I entered my details easily enough and within nearly 24 hours of me asking for a quote it was all done

I had my car collected by a young man, but I don't think he was the mechanic. They were quick to inform me of what needed to be done, gave me a quote and got the price to a fair price for the the work done. They were quick and punctual.

Communication was effective up to a point.

I still have a pending issue, where they overcharged me £20. I got in touch and I was told it'd be taken care of. I still haven't received the £20 back, and they haven't been responding to my messages anymore. I also asked for an MOT certificate, as an MOT was supposedly carried out, but I have no proof of it, certificate or a report on my car.

So that is frustrating, it makes me feel that as soon as they got paid, they completely ignore me and lost interest. Read more
