OMG. Such a good experience and Darren dealt with our enquiry at very short notice. Noone in Lichfield (main dealers/garages) would MOT our car and this was due to them not wanting to change the glow plugs. So our dilemma was either purchasing another vehicle or finding someone to do this and get it through the MOT. Darren was brilliant, arrived early. Was very friendly and knowledgeable. Even pointing out other repairs which he did at the same time so it could pass the MOT. Wish I had found this website sooner. Charges were very reasonable. Surpassed all expectations. So unusual to find someone who you can trust to do the work without ripping you off. I will definitely recommend to friends and family.

He was very supportive. Explaining to me different stages about the car and the danger of ignoring technical issues. I actually learnt alot from him. Mostly I was very impressed with the timing. And to be honest I saved 29.54% using this service than taking my car to a garage wher I was told a high fee and a week waiting time.

Zoltan made contact prior to the appointment to introduce himself, indicate what time he would be arriving and check the correct fault diagnosis had been made. He replaced the parts as required then checked to see if any other maintenance was in urgent need of repair. Zoltan is an extremely polite professional and knowledgeable technician, I would certainly recommend this company and Zoltan as the priority choice for car maintenance.

There was a long delay with a previous job which delayed the arrival time by 3 hours. I only discovered this when I called for an ETA. The quote for work seemed quite steep, so I managed to get a second opinion the following day. I was initially told that the thermostat had gone and was going to cost £300 to replace it. This was not true and just a deal had gone but to play it safe the hose has been replaced too. All for £150. Therefore cannot recommend anything about the experience. Will not be using again.

Did the work in the wind and rain, at 17:00 in the dark.Changed brake caliper in less than 20 minutes, £115 labour charge...mmmm. But work done.
