The mechanic was excellent! Phoned before hand to let me know of arrival time and carried out the work quickly and professionally, would highly recommend!

Turned up on time, called before hand to keep in communication. Diagnosed the problem quickly and explained it in detail to me while also explaining how it will be fixed and what the garage will need to do. Passed all the information onto the garage and they booked in a quick collection time for them to get the car.

Fantastic. Saqib was spot on in determining the cause of the noise in the vehicle. Been trying to get this diagnosed by another garage for months, but was unsuccessful. Saqib is very knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend.

No not that happy. £93 pounds for 20 min work to tell me what I already knew as it was telling me on the dash board. Never offered to fix or resolve the problem. Just said take it to the Garage. I have used a few mechanics on Click mechanic they have always helped and fixed the problem. Even taking the car away to get fixed. Would not use Naheem again. He even showed up in a car not looking like he was a Mechanic. On this occasion I would only give a 1 on using this service again.

I was happy with the work carried out by TVP motors reading. The car was picked up in the morning although a day late but that was out of their control. However they tried to charge me for 2 extra items, one I was happy to pay for but the other I had already paid for as part of the booking. Overall it was a good experience

Machanic was fine apart form not having a Jack to check the undearneth the car , it was suggested I had hit something in the road to cause the damage to cause a massive oil leak .

Had to get another person to come and asses , there has been significant damage from the inside of the engine , the front of the car and back is very low , which was not damaged , therefore I didn’t hit anything in the road and I was sure I didn’t .
