It's safer and saves travel time to conduct a car inspection before purchasing, especially when dealing with a significant investment. Jonathan assisted me with the car inspection. He promptly responded to my messages and arrived at the garage punctually. He also called me immediately after the inspection to provide the car's status, allowing me to respond accordingly. It was a positive experience.

They diagnosed the issue quickly and advised me I should be able to get the repairs done on the warranty from my last service as the oil filter was either faulty or installed badly. Took a video of the issue and sent it to me which is very helpful. Also provided a reasonable quote to do the remedial work if required.

The mechanic was very friendly and helpful and I would definitely recommend them. Unfortunately the additional small job that I wanted them to do ( which they didn’t charge for) didn’t work and so I had to go to another local garage to get it fixed.

My car was picked and delivered up on time, job done within the hours specified. Job done to fix the MOT failure on the front mount suspensions.
