Ross was polite + fitted the alternator quite quickly.
Car not running due to very flat battery + he had no solution so that was disappointing.
Reply from Ross:
Hi Ms Terrell, I'm sorry you feel disappointed but we did try to jump start your vehicle using my van but to no success. I then did advise to either charge the battary overnight or use a vehicle with a much larger battary to jump start the vehicle.
