I didn't meet the mechanic. Car was picked up at 8am sharp and delivered back after the repair at around 430pm. Clutch definitely is much better now! Car is faster climbing hills while before you could pick flowers when on a hill. I was surprised that the amount was taken off my account the day before. I was worried that I was being scammed but it all went very professional. Price was best I could find. I like the pictures they sent via the app with the old clutch vs the new!

Inspection was just what I needed, and Steven was highly clued-up and efficient with the diagnosis. His visit couldn't have gone better.

Florin was very good. He diagnosed the problem with the warning light with no problem. He rang before the allocated time slot to ask if he could arrive earlier which was fine. A very pleasant and friendly guy who did a good job. 👍

Jose was efficient, used fine technique and shared useful information. He selected a compatible oil for my sports car accepting my request to follow specs. All done timely and tidily.

I booked a Pre-Purchase Inspection through Click Mechanic as I wanted peace of mind before buying a 63 plate Mini Cooper S Coupe. Within about an hour of making the booking I was assigned to Hassaan who would be able to carry out the inspection the next day, and he was in touch immediately to to discuss the HPI check which he had already done. He was brilliant. Took his time to inspect the vehicle so thoroughly and called me afterwards to talk me through in detail the issues that he found. The car was a real beaut and, despite its age, was in extremely good condition all round... except, as it turned out, for quite an extensive looking oil leak around the engine and also underneath around the gearstick. The inspection wasn't cheap (£178) but it was 100% worth the cost to be able to make a truly informed decision.

Good experience overall. Felt a bit weird 3 guys showing up in a black BMW one pops out takes my car drives away, I did wonder if my car would return. Hahahhaa But it was brought back a scootch late but I also did not communicate I finish work at 4. So not really their bad. Car came back cleaner and brakes working perfectly. I think they corrected my timing as well which was nice of them. Overall highly rate it was also cheaper than handing it to my neighbour at work. Also convenient that I did not have to go to the garage myself. Overall 10/10 service I would say.

Mr Peter was excellent. Changed water pump, cam belt and ancillary belt. I also asked him to sort out my brakes. Front and rear discs and pads. All carried out to my satisfaction. Would recommend. I will be using him again for all my repairs.

All of the above. Damien was more than punctual - in fact he arrived a little early which was no problem. Very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. He completed the job very efficiently. I am most impressed with Damien's work.

Look, it was replacing a snapped handbrake cable - hardly a major job. Obviously it works, and I don't have any real issue with the completed job. However, the cable snapped on a Saturday morning. After trying to book a weekend appointment (at a premium rate), the only response was from this guy, for Monday. Booked between 8 and 10am, by 10 he was not answering calls. Finally, at 10.15 he answered. First he asked if the car was drivable and could we take it to him. It was, but my partner was not comfortable driving it with our child and no handbrake. So he came at 10:40 and took the car away saying the job should tale a couple of hours and he thought the part had been ordered. We rang at 12 to be told they were on with the but, "with it being a mini, it's hard." Sorry, but they knew the make and model when they took the job. By 2, we had heard nothing and with a school run imminent, after a few attempts, the phone was answered and the car was delivered back at 3.10. Almost 5 hours after pick up and way out of the 8-10am slot I had booked. No wonder it cost £170 to fit a part costing less than £20.

Extra work suggested-completed? Not one shred of paperwork. Old spark plugs still in situ. Couldn' t get a replacement new tyre. Come on! Very poor communication. No receipt for money given to collector (£10) for low petrol level. Not a happy bunny.

Zain picked up the car. Performed the work, and completed the activities on the day booked. Only challenge was the timing of it coming back.
