100% awful!!! Came at the last minute and only done a visual check on my radiator ( no pressure check ) he was there 30 minutes 15 of which he sat in the car whilst the engine warmed up, come to the house and told me he couldn't see where it was leaking from I watched him from the window in my house not a single tool was used, he did replace the radiator cap I supplied 10 second's and left the charged £156 to my card....for what? Guy Tam did absolutely nothing...I can't recommend him at all he did however use his phone torch so perhaps that's the expensive part....you can be the judge and I will say the radiator is still leaking.....

Mr Peter was great kept me updated on the progress fixed everything that needed doing all in 2 days

Expected between 2pm and 4pm and arrived 6.20pm although very pleasant, have not drove car as yet
