Christopher was brilliant! He was very friendly and helpful and has done an amazing job.

Was a little sceptical at first. Car collected only just within time window, but driver very polite. The car was returned and everything was as it should be, no problems. Communication was 5*, kept informed every step of the way.

Yes Neil did excellent job on my Mercedes C Class 220 he changed the condenser on AC which was replaced because of a leak and also Regas the AC system, which was working lovely. Thank you Neil

Shaun was great he came out when it was dark and carried out the work. Was a little later than expected but he rang to make sure this was ok. Showed me the parts that were removed and discussed what was being done.

Shamas as turned out to be a complete scam and I’m utterly disappointed in click mechanics having expose me to such level of scam. Shamas had manage to convinced me that he needed to work on my car in his work shop after I paid ClickMechanic and the clutch pedal he claimed to repair still hasn’t been worked on. He had privately arranged for my car to be taken to his workshop and made me paid £40 promising I’m in good hands. He said the work was actually going to take a whole day if I don’t bring it down to the garage. He kept the car with him for a few days, told me to pay £550 for clutch pedal which I refused. Shamas apologies, said that price was a mistake, then asked me to pay £150 to change the clutch pedal, and at the last minute when my car was to get shipped back to me he came up with another issue that clutch cylinder is damaged too and now I should pay £550 instead of £150. At this stage I was desperate for my car cause I need it to get to and from work, I paid him £550. Also paid to shipped the car back , I noticed my fuel level has gone down. I also noticed the clutch pedal hasn’t been changed to a new one but he’s managed to fix the car. So I demanded to see the receipt for the clutch pedal and cylinder he claimed to get from Volkswagen StokeOnTrent and that is when he stopped picking my calls or responding in any way.
