Alternator failure out on the M25, AA escort to destination in East London. Then repair had to be carried out before homeward journey. Found the garage via ClickMechanic's excellent system. Very good communication with the garage who kept me informed of progress. They arranged collection and sourced the right alternator which was then fitted. Picked up the car then made my way home with no issues or concerns. Not much else to add, the system worked just as you hoped it would work.

Mem was brilliant, polite and very clear with me on what time he would be to me. He gave me a call 15 min before he would get to me so I knew to not have anything at task( I work from home). Then when mem got to me he was very efficient at solving the task that was at hand. Honestly, the best service I have ever had with Mechanic would recommend over and over again wouldn’t be going anywhere else now !

Car wouldn't start so I was trying to find a way to have it fixed as soon as possible. Very happy with the service was picked up and recovered to be repaired quickly and dropped off back home after repair. Would recommend :)

Stephen was punctual, identified the problem quickly, assured me it would be repaired in situ and would be back ASAP. I have ordered the additional work and feel very confident this will be carried out without any issues. The service was nothing short of excellent and so welcome in these times. Stephen came over from Dundee which I was extremely impressed with as St Andrews is not the easiest location to get to.

Jaz was friendly & job was done ok & in 40 mins ..My only issue with this site is it makes more promises than it delivers! Essentially this was a very expensive oil change! Wouldn’t use again.. Feeling bit ripped off👎
