My car was booked into to have rear brakes (discs+pads) changed and an oil+filter change. My car was collected and returned within the time period quoted. Staff were in contact to keep me updated on progress. There were some technical issues with getting the brake callipers in service mode, but luckily I was able to attend and use my OBD+software to put them in service mode. Mechanics were polite and apologetic when I attended, but as I said on the day - these things happen. Luckily I was able to get them in service mode to allow the discs and pads to be changed. Overall, I was pleased with the service received and I would use again!

Mechanic was friendly and knowledgable and carried out the diagnostic repair OK before leaving. The car seemed to be OK, but unfortunately after only a few miles the engine and particulate filter lights have come back on. Engine is running fine and has not gone back into limp mode as before. Trouble is I can`t now trust it not to do this on any non local trip. Any ideas?

Excellent communication and door to door service. Kept informed throughout the day and was sent detailed pictures at the end of the day of all work carried out. Will use again.

Antony was very good, worled very fast even though he was in pouring rain and managed to find the issue and even fix it in 30-40 minutes altogether. Very happy with the result :)

Dean phoned me the day before arranged arrival time . On day arrived at arranged time started job straight away repairs were done professionally and i was back on the road much sooner than if i had gone to a garage. Would use Dean again in the future for any other repairs without hesitation.

The folks that performed the work were great with communication, and picked the car up on time. The car was returned late and I did have to chase to find out when it would finally be returned. On top of that, unfortunately the MOT certificate had the incorrect mileage recorded on it so I had the inconvenience of then taking the car back to the MOT station myself to have this corrected. I would use ClickMechanic again but if allocated the same garage, I may look elsewhere but I could not fault the price which was around 70% cheaper than the main dealer wanted

Gareth was fab. Friendly and really knew his stuff, advised me to get the correct work done. I can now look forward to having my car back once the correct work is done!

Really friendly and quickly got on and completed the work, very happy. He was really flexible as well as had to adjust appointment time.

Carlo is the best mechanic we have ever had he is help full friendly conscientious, after taking our car to a garage and paid them over a £1000 to fix it and then with in 2 days of getting back had to scrap it we are pensioners must of seen us coming. so had tobuy another car was worried in case something wrong with it so Carlo came and sorted new car out checked it and we will NEVER EVER USE ANOTHER MECHANIC ONLY CARLO, LICK MECHANIC SHOULD BE REALLY PROUD TO HAVE SUCH A FANTASTIC MECHANIC WORKING FOR THEM appreciate him and don't ever let him go we trust him one hundred per cent thank you and would highly recommend Carlo to any body
