Car wouldn't start so I was trying to find a way to have it fixed as soon as possible. Very happy with the service was picked up and recovered to be repaired quickly and dropped off back home after repair. Would recommend :)

New Inns were great and very helpful.
Sorry I can not say the same for ClickMechanic. Charged £70 more than quoted but not able to contact ClickMechanic on the phone. Sent an email and reply said I needed to sort it out with New Inns. New Inns said Click Mechanic dealt with all quotes and pricing and only they could sort it out. Another email to ClickMechanic and received a reply which said EXACTLY the same as the previous one. Contacted them again and this time they said an error had been made and £70 had been credited to my account. All good in the end but quite a time waster.

First of all I did not receive a receipt in pdf format. with the services provided and the amount charged. At the same time, I did not receive any notification with the warranty of the parts. In my case with the clutch change, the application threw me the amount and the need to replace the flywheel as if it were a second service request, as if the flywheel is not mounted on the same shaft as the clutch. I was not informed about the quality of the replaced parts, their provenance although I called the INS and asked for it. I can't recommend your services!

You was told on the click mechanic what parts were being replaced and click mechanic who you booked threw and paid sort your invoice we didn’t take any of your cash so can’t give u an invoice think you need to take that matter up with click and us calling you saying you need a flywheel aswell is our job to tell you if parts are faulty click created the price to do the clutch and then the flywheel we recovered the car and returned it driving fine so us just accepting a job on the site u signed up to and should have read what you were signing up to my be the language barrier but bad review for doing what you asked is pathetic .
