Hi mechanic was friendly but I had to chase as the problem turned out to be something else which they weren’t able to fix but still did original possible cause.

Kashy Came to look at my Fiat 500 Automatic. He said he would look into the cost for some further work. In your ClickMechanic - Booking Receipt confirmation email it states; Your mechanic has indicated that additional work is required on your vehicle, but unfortunately this is not something that MOT Hub can carry out. However the email also says under repairs - No job too big or small! Which is a contradiction of the services you say you provide plus the fact he hasn’t the curtsy to respond to my texts or voice mail to tell me he can’t do the work even though he said this is something the hub could do!! I’m really disappointed and feel I have paid for nothing of any worth!

Henry arrived on time, kept in communication from the time of booking. Friendly and helpful. Henry was able to give me the advice and reassurance that I could get home safely from holiday and know what repair work is needed going forward. Would recommend Henry and/or click mechanic to others in need, especially when they’re away from home!

Monzuar’s team changed my break discs and pads on the drive, saving the bother of taking the car in somewhere. Apart from turning up at 1pm when my booked slot was 6pm-8pm (they did come back at 7pm because I was at work, so it was more hassle for them than me), they were efficient and Monzuar returned any messages in good time.

Very good indeed and exceeded my expectations. Offered an earlier slot than booked, which was great as I use my car for work. Was courteous, quick and professional. Top man.

Michael was fantastic. Kept me up to date on timings, very confident and answered any questions I had. Polite and friendly explained the process and what he had done without bombarding me with over complicated language. Definitely recommend him

Barry was experienced and chatty so ideal. Difficult working in the sun at 32 degrees but he managed. Taken his advice and should know in a week where the problem is.

I would gladly recommend to anyone, great Comms, early, clear in their diagnosis and suggestions for how to fix things, awesome.

I had a call the day before the car was to be collected confirming the booking. On the day of the booking, Andy arrived exactly when he said he would, did a quick turnaround and he took the car away. A couple of hours later, a phone call to confirm the car had passed its MOT with some advisories that he talked through in detail. Another hour or so and the car was returned to me. All in all a great experience. The work that I needed done was completed and nothing more, with solid communication from start to end. I’ll definitely use him again in the future.

Dylan and his mate were great, very quick and arrived in the time slot stated. Friendly and got on with the job straight away. Would definitely use again.

Can't recommend Joshua enough. He came out very quickly, quicker than originally arranged. He was really friendly and gave me a lot of good advice after running the diagnostic on my car. If you want a honest mechanic to look at your car, he is the man to book. I will be recommending him to anyone who asks and booking him again.

I Still waiting for the report. I have a mix feeling about his knowledge about this job, but he may be good with other brands.

Glen was the most amazing mechanic I have met. He was very friendly and made the whole process easy and gave professional advice step by step and never rushed me into any extra work. Definitely recommend him.

The information George put in his inspection report concerning the engine warning light and possible causes was the most detailed I'd seen to date and very helpful to me and subsequent decision-making. When replacing a front light bulb he also followed through with some extra minor repairs to the light fitting itself, which I was pleased about. Approachable and genuine.

Fred was great - he called in advance to check whether it was convenient for him to arrive early. In arrival he introduced himself politely and explained the work he would be completing. The job he conducted was through and he video taped parts of the work to assure me the work was complete. He also explained the minor issues he noticed with my vehicle and explained the urgency of each job in a genuine manner. I would have no hesitation to use him again.
