I was originally very impressed with the mechanic, he rang to let me know he was on his way, was on time and worked hard to return my car the same day. However I have since had a problem with my car shaking. I got in touch but the communication has been very poor. The mechanic told me he had booked my car in to be collected yesterday so I waited in all day and he didn’t show up. I have left messages and had no response. Very disappointing. I am now left with a car that I don’t want to drive incase it is unsafe and no other mechanics elsewhere want to touch it.
