Major service booked in accordance with Audi checklist. This service was NOT conducted to Audi checlkist despite claim. Many things, like greasing of locks and latches were not completed. Sun roof inspection not completed. Worse, cooling system inspection was not completed as a split hose is clearly in evidence, leaking coolant all over the engine. Any competent inspection could have identified this. The mechanic does claim to have changed sparkplugs, oil and filters in addition to changing the brake fluid for which an additional £140 was charged. One can only assume that this work was actually completed but if so the work completed was barely more than an oil and filter change for £491.76 in total. I am suspicious that none of the work was completed given the failure to spot the split hose. With the engine cover removed the gape in the inlet pipe is obvious which leads me to believe the engine cover was never even removed.

Simon contacted me and asked if I wanted an earlier appointment than the time booked. I of course said yes. He was smart, polite, and informed fully of the work he was about to do. He analysed and confirmed the problem and very quickly got to work to fix the issue withe the correct part that he had brought in preparation. In summary , timely, polite, efficient and knowledgeable Will definitely recommend and use again.

Marcus was very good arrived on time. Did inspection as asked, found leak using enderscope as added procausion to identify problem. Communicated problem details to me and showed me pictures, gave advice on what needed doing. Well impressed.
