Never met the mechanic, but the man who was picking up my car was extremely rude. I was 29 weeks pregnant. At the pick up he was late I had to call the shop multiple times to see if he actually took off or not. The man who was picking up the car called me that he can’t find the place, I was trying to explain to him ,but he will not let me speak or finish my sentences. He asked me to stood outside to wait for him. He called me again and made rude unnecessary comments that “I should tell him what I am wearing because it’s is 1000 people on the street” very unprofessional. When he was dropping off my car he has showed me a picture of his car that was same type as mine and told me his actually much faster then mine.

He was excellent, very knowledgeable and efficient in his work, I would highly recommend him to anyone

Booked Gareth for 8am on a Saturday morning to replace my egr valve on my ford. Gareth arrived right on time explained what he was going to do and 45mins later he had finished the job checked all was working, showed me the old part that had been replaced and showed me the problem with it. Gareth was extremely friendly and professional I would definitely use Gareth for future work could not fault he's work.
