Ian was great. He came on time, did a great job and explained what he was doing. He checked the tyres and other parts of the car for roadworthiness on top of what I had asked him to do, which was greatly appreciated. Ian was polite, friendly and professional and I am happy to recommend him.

Brandon was great very prompt great communication and hasle free by coming to my workplace to get the rear brake pads, discs and sensors replaced, very easy way of getting repairs done on your car.

Picked up the car nice and early. Gave me good advice on what additional items had to be repaired and delivered back to me. Overall, it was good service.

Theunis was fantastic. Arrived early, communication about early arrival clear and with plenty warning. He had already texted me the night before about the car , problem and asked for a photo of the battery in case he needed to replace it Theunis brought that excellent South African work ethic with him. Extremely thorough, efficient and knowledgeable, he quickly diagnosed the problem, (dead battery with resultant effects on car power steering, Electronic stability control, hill start disconnection and boot door lock), went off to obtain the new correct battery and return to fit it and retest functionality of all other electronic components. Theunis also noticed that a rubber washer had been left unattached after the recent dealership service and reattached it as well as topping up the coolant from a supply that he had with him. This extra service from Theunis had nothing to do with the original problem but is indicative of the care and responsibility he felt for the client. Theunis is highly recommended. The whole experience with ClickMechanic has been very satisfactory. The site was user friendly and the quick response, (booked within 24 hours) and the professionalism of the mechanic ( Theunis) has made me a faithful client. I will use the site again.

I hadn't expected my car to be taken away for repair, and so I was a bit worried to get a phone call later in the day to say it would take a second day to finish. However, all was well - the car came back at 8pm the second day, working beautifully.

Peter was great to work with. He couldn’t get all the work done because of an error the previous mechanics had done in stretching and tightening a single front tyre lock nut too much. So he professionally finished all the other work and promised to come back once the problem had been resolved. He did so same day at 9:30pm working late to fulfil his obligations to me. Much appreciated.

I can't fault Kyle for anything. Call me when he was near, came on time. Explained what he was doing, showed me how to spot the issue next time. When I started hearing unusual sounds, he came back to have another look and double check making sure nothing out of place was. I liked his services so much, that I wanted to know if I can keep him as my mechanic were I could contact him directly for any future issues. Would definitely recommend his services. Wished I always have him for future booking.

Perfect job, took less than a couple hours, very happy, mechanic was a gentleman, made sure everything was okay, told me about everything that was wrong or good for the car.

My car had to be collected for a charge that wasn't stated on the quote, my car was with the garage for over a week with no information from them or click mechanic. The parts apparently cost more than initially assumed which also increased the cost from initial quote. The actual works carried out are spot on so for me the biggest issue is communication
