Dean seemed ok but his time keeping was very poor. He couldn't fix the fault at the time so agreed to return once we had the part. However after cancelling one visit and just not turning up the second time our car remains off the road 25 days later, currently disputing our bill in the resolution centre. Communication very poor for a professional person.
