Ed was terrific for my prepurchase check. Took his time to check the vehicle thoroughly, explaining in details what may require repairs and their extent. He answered all my questions in detail, taking his time to let me understand. I highly recommemd him.

Shaun was amazing. He offered to help me by changing my brake pads and discs at extremely short notice between Christmas and New Year despite originally not intending to work that week. This enabled me to return to Devon in time for an appointment with the undertakers prior to my father’s funeral. I can’t praise Shaun enough. He was on time, knowledgeable and thorough. He was very professional and gave exceptional service. I would thoroughly recommend him.

Bilal was unresponsive and hard to reach until after the pre-inspection report was done. I was told by the seller he completed his inspection within 45 minutes (the premium pre-inspection report advises 2-3 hours?) He then didn’t call me after the report until I asked him to (which is included in the premier package) and was largely unhelpful in explaining his report. I didn’t feel like I got value for the premium report.

Sam was very polite and knows what he is doing. Very reliable and turned up when he said he would.I booked him in the morning and he arrived the same afternoon.
