Richard was friendly and repaired the defect to my satisfaction. After the repair he showed me the defective component and when I road tested the repair the fault had gone. If I need a mobile mechanic in future he will be my first choice.

Beau came and change my filter and oil and ecerything was fine . 2 days adter i drove to work and after 20min i parked i saw all the oil on the parking . I cant move my car as all the oil has been drained and i need to pay taxi wherever i need to go. I tried so many times to call him but there is no response. I also sent email ,i even booked another appointmen bur again no serponse . I paied for extra health check and everything was in good condition . Im still waiting for any response either from the mechanic or the company before any further actions . Im expecting at least refund and fix it again as most propably the nut is lose or the filter.

Jane and her mechanic (sorry I didn't catch his name) arrived ahead of schedule which was a great benefit to me. Initially assisted me to manoeuvre the car out of the garage to begin the replacement of the starter motor. Estimated time of 2 - 3 hours was completed in just 2 hours. Jane then called to say work completed. So pleased I have the use of my Renault Clio again and the work comes with a year's guarantee.
