All went well until I received a ULEZ penalty charge notice regarding the day the vehicle was collected. After making a representation and this being denied (since I am the registered keeper of the car I am legally responsible to pay), I was repeatedly reassured by Raj that he was in contact with TFL to solve this matter. I have now received a charge of £270 and was informed by TFL that no contact was made to them by Raj regarding this matter. The total cost of the work done was £300.10. I am now paying £270 for a charge that had I been made aware of by Raj, I would have paid £12.50!

Another problem was found aside from the original one but car was sorted and returned the next day. Happy with the work carried out and was kept informed and photos were sent to show problems with the parts.
