Robbie was great! I’d highly recommend. He works fast and I’ve now had front brakes replaced and a new clutch on a separate occasion! Will defo contact Robbie again if i need more repairs!

Very happy with Francesco. All worked very well and the report came in quickly and was thorough. I bought the car and would definitely use ClickMechanic again. Also the price was much less than the almost identical checks done by the AA and RAC.

He found another couple of things which required attention and quoted for them through the Click Mechanics site. He took video footage to help me see one of the problems. I have booked for Akram to come and do the additional work.

Hasan worked on my car. Very friendly and efficient and explained everything clearly to me.

Jonathan was very thorough in his inspection of the vehicle,sending me lots of pictures and a comprehensive report, he was also available to answer questions I had and helped me to decide not to purchase the car as there were a few major problems concerning the engine and bodywork that he pointed out. All in all he saved me a lot of money and time. Would not hesitate to use this excellent service again, highly recommended.

Mihai turned up 3 hours after he said he was going to be there, causing me to be late. He then replaced my brake pads and after he finished I went to leave and my brakes were so bad o nearly crashed. I called him to come back and sort the problem. In fairness he drove back but didn't sort the problem. I now have worse brakes than I did before, due to him refusing to accept he hadn't bled the brakes properly after the change. I now need a professional to take a look and do the job properly. Very disappointed.

Alex managed to fit me in at very short notice. Car was collected and delivered back to me within the same day. Communication was great. Really recommend.

Super easy, completed outside my house with no issues at all. Small delay on parts but I had a priority slot with less than 24hrs notice so couldnt be helped. So pleased I found this service and will absolutely use it again!

Stuart is a friendly and very competent mechanic. He has fixed 3 cars for me on a range of issues and he always fixes problems quickly. He's very good at identifying underlying problems. Definitely recommended

I had an issue where there was no power going to my headlights. They were new bulbs and fuses were good, so was told by other mechanics it was an electrical problem so wanted a diagnostic check (with the hope it was a minor thing that could be sorted). I chose ClickMechanic because from reading their website, it seemed a lot of the jobs could possibly be sorted at the roadside and at a time to suit. I wrote in the note section the reason for the test was to sort my headlights out, but as it happened, a diagnostic check would not pick up a fault like that. My engine management light was on and at least the test gave them codes, but for me, I was disappointed because it appeared neither ClickMechanic or the mechanic themselves read the notes as to why I wanted the test. I feel I paid over the odds (£79) for a diagnostic check. I wasn't told the test won't pick up the headlight issue until the test was run, so would have been better for me if the notes were read and I was told before. But, the mechanics were super friendly and had a look at the lights and fuses for me, and did work out there is power going to them. Maybe I took a gamble, and it didn't pay off If you have an electrical issue, I won't use ClickMechanic because you would pay more for a diagnostic check than in some places, would likely be told to take it to an auto electrician anyway who would charge you again to run their test. Save money and just take it to an auto electrician, or as I did, got fed up of chasing one and booked it with the main dealer where I know I will pay a bit more but at least the job will get done in the end. ClickMechanic would be good options for basic things like tyres and brakes etc, that can be done at the road side. Again, the mechanics were top blokes, this is not a dig at them, I just wished the notes were read before hand and I could have had the diagnostic check done for a bit cheaper elsewhere.
