I booked for a mini service and mot and didn’t get notice of any issues before my car was submitted for mot - it failed the mot and needed another £400 work! The whole process took 4 days, and payment got complicated.

Jose quickly diagnosed the problem as a broken fan belt. Checked all the other pulleys and their belts too. Didn't have a replacement belt so would return the following day to complete the job.

Christian was fantastic. I recently had another inspection done by another company which was very poor. Christian took the time to do a full check of the car and provided an honest report. Christian was very polite and respectful and also called ahead of his arrival. Very highly recommended.
