ACP we're very easy to deal with and communication was good. The car was collected and dropped off within the agreed times. Overall I was very happy with the service. I would use again.

Daniel arrived on time and finished the work perfectly 10/10. And then showed me where the in-car fuses were.

Cristian is a good mechanic and did the work in a good and timely fashion. he was let down by the wrong parts being sent out to him, resulting in me going directly to the manufacturer to purchase the brake disks. overall I was pleased with Cristian's work and will be using him again in the future

Communication and punctuality were excellent. When the car was returned after the radiator replacement job, the coolant system needed more bleeding, but Cristian was very helpful and flexible in getting it put right quickly with minimal inconvenience. Thank you!

Yes, he was friendly and helpful - when he arrived, he discovered he had been given the wrong windscreen wipers for my car. He had to go back to he garage to get the correct wipers, and returned later in the day to fit them. I was happy that the job was completed as planned.

Ion was really good. He messaged before the day and called when he had arrived. He completed the job and left everywhere clean and tidy.

He was both friendly and knowledgeable . Unfortunately he had hurt his hand and this meant he was unable to come on the day we had arranged. He did call to explain that morning and we rearranged for him to come the next day. Despite having one of his hands heavily bandaged he got the work done and left the car very tidy . He spotted a couple of matters which also need attention and helpfully categorised their importance and urgency.
