The whole team at KIMADE were exceptional from start to finish. They were professional over the phone and even collected my car from home, which was incredibly convenient. They carried out a major job, including changing the timing chain and completing several other tasks. When I got the car back, it was spotless and running better than ever! What really stood out was the communication – they kept me regularly updated with progress videos, so I was never left wondering what was happening. Overall, the service was excellent, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. I’d definitely recommend KIMADE to friends and family.
