Mechanic was nearly 4 hours late from the time slot they had accepted they accepted between 10am and 12 and turned up at 2.45pm Turned up without the correct parts to replace my coolant bottle so was only able to perform the pressure test said they would be back asap I just needed to drop them a message when to return I left 2 messages via the click mechanic dashboard and sent the exact same message to his mobile number that was on my emails in both I have also included my own mobile number as he said there was issue calling me before. It's been nearly 72 hours not herd nothing I have had to book the same job again for someone else to do which has ended me paying out nearly double the money so originally job was 165.00 for pressure test and expansion bottle replacement Was refunded 76 pound for the fact he did not have the correct bottle but was told he would also come back and finish the work. So cost 90 pounds for a pressure test when I already knew what was leaking I just wanted to take the deal for the test to make sure I was correct. Now paid 145 pounds for just the expansion bottle to be replaced tomorrow by someone else because I can't get hold of the mechanic. So overall a job that probably was costing me 165.00 pounds has now cost me 255.00 nearly 300 pounds when money is tight enough as it is and I'm also trying to save the money for my timing belt which is around 440 pounds a good chunk of the the savings wasted because of this.

JK Auto Works Limited did a timing belt and water pump change on my Seat Ibiza. They were in contact prior to confirm pickup, they kept in contact throughout the day letting me know when they were going to drop off the car. Car was dropped off and work was all completed, no issues. They even gave the car a once over. Really happy with the service, mechanic was knowledgeable and friendly. Car was picked up and dropped off at my house. Plus it was the one of the cheaper quotes I received. Thank you.
