The car failed it's MOT on 3 separate issues. These were all clearly explained together with what was proposed to correct the problems and a clear breakdown of the cost. Both mechanics that collected and returned my car were friendly and helpful. I would certainly recommend this garage.

The work carried out was ok and was completed in a timely manner. The staff were all extremely friendly. My car has come back with a clicking noise coming from the front left hand side wheel since the break pads and disks were replaced and no one told me about this when collecting the car or told me what the problem could be. I have had my car checked and found that none of the wheels had been tightened. They were not even finger tight. This is obviously extremely dangerous and could have caused a significant accident. My locking wheel nut is also missing from the car.

Yes, Keiran was fabulous. He communicated his arrival time in advance and arrived on time. He confirmed the work that was required doing beforehand and checked in again once the work was completed. I wouldn't hesitate having him again.

Absolutely fantastic, no complaints whatsoever. Very friendly and even diagnosed a coolant leak that I hadn't spotted on top of the work he did for me.

The guy was on time, called to check first and confirm the car location. He was very polite. He didn't tell me off for tinkering around with the car myself. At one point i thought he was going give up getting my car started but we gave it one more try and it worked. He left me with some advice on what to do next with my car. I'd happily use him again

Andy was brilliant. He carried out a pre-purchase inspection for me and the report wasn't that clear (not Andy's fault) but as it was an EV it was difficult to score the car in certain areas and so the report generated a low score. However, when I received Andy's photos (with descriptions) and spoke to him on the phone my mind was immediately put at ease. He explained all of his findings in detail, gave me great reassurance and gave me great direction on a few things I should ask the dealer to sort before buying the car. Expert knowledge, professionalism and a keen eye for detail - I would highly recommend Andy!
