The weather was challenging, heavy rain during the day however, it didn’t stop the guys from turning up to complete the work. Good communication, keeping me constantly updated. Picked up in the timeline by a friendly man. Taken away and delivered back three and a half hours later by the same man with everything done that I asked for and a little info on the new fuel filter which was helpful. Over all, very pleased with the service given, thanks John

Unfortunately my car was not picked up at the specified time and I did not have any phone call to say why. I had to call and it was explained to me that they had a lot of work on. We did agree to reschedule which was inconvenient for me. However, the garage did apologise and they were really responsive and kept me informed of progress the following day. I was satisfied with the service and MOT.

Bogdan was very friendly and polite, and I felt very comfortable dealing with him. Bogdan was early which was great and had a look to make sure the problem was correct. He explained what needed to be done. He replaced the clutch on my Suzuki Swift and really went out of his way to find a replacement part, which was not easy. He very nearly had to cancel the job, but instead he kept trying until he found one, and I was very grateful for the extra effort. Someone else may well have given up. I would definitely use Bogdan again for any future work my cars might need. Would highly recommend.

the job was requested with only one day notice. So, obviously parts needed to be procured first for the next day job. Victor did communicate right in the morning when the parts are ready for pick up from the store and when he will arrive which was 1 hour later than originally advised by clickMechanic. Not his fault and not a problem at all for me. The job was carried out quickly and in satisfaction. He explained well and showed evidence. No hesitation to book Victor again.
