Thomas was very friendly and polite. What impressed me most was his honesty. He could've quite easily told me I needed new brake pads, but was honest enough to tell me they were only 50% worn.

Booked a full service and MOT after my other click mechanic booking cancelled a minute before he was due to collect the car, with no explanation. Prompt pick up and clear communication witj this mechanic from start to finish.

The mechanic sorted out the fault however I have incurred another issue being i am unable to select gears. Only had the van back not 48hrs. Will call in the morning to see if they can rectify the issue.

I don't normally leave reviews but felt compelled to do one on this occasion as Thomas was excellent. I booked a diagnostic check the evening before my appointment on Saturday 19th July.. I was booked in for 1.00pm-3.00pm. With Thomas from RT Roadside, I received a text from him 45 minutes prior to him arriving bang on 1.00pm I have had a check engine light coming on intermittently and at least two other mechanics have tried to remedy it without being able to do so. After doing a number of diagnostic checks including using a smoke machine he managed to find a small air leak in a purge Valve that had already been replaced. Fantastic friendly service. Very professional but not alienating like a lot of mechanics can be. More than prepared for the work even having a replacement hose that wasn’t in the described work as he knew it would need replacing showing his knowledge and readiness.

Serviced the vehicle and pointed out some possible issues. Re-gassed the Air Con and at last we have some lovely cool air in the car. Great experience

I was happy with what our mechanic did which was our timing belt kit, water pump, and auxiliary belt, he arrived at 0805 am and was ready to leave by 10.20 which surprised me as it was so much quicker than the 3-4 hrs labour time quoted, until i realized that he never bothered draining / changing the coolant / antifreeze he left the old stuff in and just topped it up with different stuff to what was in the system which then put a froth on my expansion tank cap. he kept saying he doesn't have to change it. and said he was leaving. so i said fine you go and will get in touch with yourselves because in says on my invoice that your charging me for coolant / antifreeze as well as he other work, then he stayed and drained the coolant and put some new coolant in it, then took it for a test drive and we rechecked the expansion cap and it was clear again. i just hope he has changed the water pump as I've been told if he did change it then all the coolant should of drained out.

The mechanic turned up to do what I thought was my anti roll bar bushes and told me that it was not the issue and diagnosed it accordingly, arrived before my time slot and very honest and very polite, I would highly recommend him to anyone, a real credit to click mechanic
