I'm very happy with the work done by SAPPHIRES (Imran). The car was picked up promptly for an early MOT and full Service. The issues discovered in the MOT were clearly communicated, which meant no extra delay. After the Service was done, the car was returned immediately. Will definitely recommend!

My car was collected and delivered on time. There were regular up dates and all arrangements went according to plan. The complex job of replacing a head gasket was carried out most efficiently. I am well satisfied with the whole process and the final outcome.

I am extremely happy with the work carried out. They replaced the turbo on my late dad's ford kuga and found another repair needed of which I asked then to do this too. They kept me up to date on the work and picked it up and brought it home no problem. Works better than it has in a long time.

Bob was punctual, he explained what he was about to do and how long it should take. He did not stop for a break and just go the job done replacing the clutch on my wife's Fiesta. Gave the car a test drive, explained to me what sometimes happen when driving with a new clutch for the first time (i.e. stall the car etc). Clean and tidy, left no mess at all. Will 100% use Bob again *****
