Good overall service, there were delays in getting the car back due to ordering parts.

Very happy with the service I received today from Alin-viorel. He came to fix my auxiliary drive belt. He fixed that along with other problems that he found. My car has never sounded or driven better. Will definitely use click mechanic again

This the second MOT and full Sevice carried out by Click Mechanic. Mechanic communicated time of arrival and progress of work, result of MOT. However, the report given regarding service does not match the work carried out. I have paid for a full Sevice but the mechanic does not appear to have updated the car service records or the work reported has not taken place because I’m getting notifications regarding service required and brake fluid requiring attention. When I had a full service before when these items were completed the car records were completed and updated. The car is communicating that this work has not been done. Can you explain how this can be rectified? This is making me anxious and I have a long journey planned at the weekend.
