Duncan did a great job at finding out the problem, he couldn't fix it on the spot. He was going to try and sort somebody to recover the car and fix it at the garage, unfortunately he never called me back to get this arranged.

Great mechanic, took longer then we anticipated but this was due to the part being difficult to find, BMW for you! Great garage & Ray was so good & helpful, he persisted to get the right part for the car to get it fixed. Not the first time we have struggled to find parts for this car so a job well done. Would highly recommend.

Very friendly, arrived 30min early to collect the car but called beforehand to ensure it wouldn’t be a problem. However, said the repair would take a couple of hours but it took more like 5hrs.
