The mechanic had a natural friendly manner but arrived nearly 30mins outside the £25 slot indicated in the earlier email but he did phone when already 5 mins late to inform me that he was on his way. Having had troubles with Thames Water and TFL the previous day I was wondering if anything works as agreed these days. He later phoned me to say that a service warning was overdue which gave us a chuckle re fiddling the message options. ANYWAY the brakes work well and when my MOT/Service is actually due in January I shall get a quote from you before anyone else. What sort of notice should I give you for an early January booking?
