Alin was great, on time, straight on to the job and found some other work that needed to be rectified while he was here. He told me how much extra it would cost and we agreed, Alin then carried on and completed the work by late afternoon.

Great job all work completed and car returned ok, additional cost to replace brake pads was excessive considering that brake adjustment work had already been started and a pad switch at that stage would be easier
