Cannot fault them. Called to say when arriving, updated me whilst they had the car and delivered it back to me when they said they would. Great service - this is my first use and will deffo be using them again and recommending them.

Sean was great. Went straight to work and fixed the brakes. Also completed a vehicle check and informed me of one issue. Sean made sure I was aware of the next steps to take. Fair price and great communication.

Bittersweet, in that I got my car oil changed, but was not wholly impressed by being lied to so I belive. I had booked 0800-1000hrs time slot. I called the mechanic number about 0940hrs to ask when tbey were arriving, and the male who stated to be Bilal told me he had sent one of his team of mechanics out. I was told that they had gone to Euro car parts to get parts. This male called me back and stated mechanic will be there 10 mins. About 5 mins later a red Toyota prius turned with the male telling me his name was Bilal. I told this male I didn't belive his name as I had just spoke with Bilal. Rather sheepishly he said they were all Bilal and like a team. I was about to tell him to just go away but on inpulse, whilst telling him not to lie to me, told me to get on with it. He worked from out his boot making me fhink how he will store tbe used oil. I left him working to visit my parents. My wife was home. I note, he threw the oil filter and all rubbish in my recycle whhely bin loosly, leaving oil at the bottom. Tbe bin is and only stores dry bin bags and I had to fish the service waste out, all covered in oil to dispose my self. I slso note two large oil stains on my driveway. I will have to get jet wash from someone to clean it, so all in all, not pleased. Have pictures.

I have never used ClickMechanic before, nor have I ever bought a pre-purchase inspection before. I decided to get the premium inspection, and I'm very happy I did. ClickMechanic assigned Hayden to my inspection whose advise proved excellent. He attended the next day and produced a very thorough 43 page PDF packed with advisories about the van I was considering. When potentially spending thousands on a second hand vehicle, it's a false economy not to get a pre-purchase inspection done by a qualified mechanic.
