Did exactly what was required, even called ahead and checked if OK to arrive early. Diagnosed the fault from experience, then confirmed with OBD/code reader. Told me exactly what i needed to know, and did it promptly and professionally. Perfectly happy with service received.

Tom arrived in the time quoted. He sorted out the problem with the radio and was able to disconnect it which a garage was unable. He confirmed this was the problem causing the battery to fail as it was using power. Was very helpful and informative.
