Punjab and his boss were absolutely brilliant in carrying out the EGR valve replacement where my car was broken down at work - quickly and to a fantastic standard. I only mark down the rating for punctuality, as Punjab called me after the start of the 2 hour window to say they were going to attend 3 hours late due to the weather - which he told me was bad where they were in Reading. This was not the case where I was with my car in Basingstoke, so I advised that I was unhappy and insisted that they attend, having voluntarily accepted the job that I posted on ClickMechanic. In fairness Punjab said they would rearrange their schedule and in the end they were only 15 mins after the end of my 2 hour window. They were friendly, professional and my car is now running smoothly!

Bilal was excellent. Explained why I had initially failed MOT and work needed to remedy the problem. Delighted MOT passed after work was carried out. He is a very cheerful character and very patient. Would definitely recommend him and Clickmechanic. Thank you

Didn't actually meet the mechanic just the person whom collected my car. He was very pleasant.

I’m highly disappointed with the services that Essex sports have provided. They asked me that suspension shaft needs to be repaired and they need me to pay 150£more for it. I paid them at 8:22 and then they sent me mot report at 8:38, hows that possible that they changed it and then completed the mot within 15 minutes, while the suspension shaft takes about 30 minutes to 3 hours. And when I asked them they gave me contradicted statements. I want my money back because they charged me falsely

Barry was fantastic from start to finish, rang as soon as he arrived and cracked on straight away. Changed a auxillery belt tensioner on my mondeo and showed me how worn the original one was without hesitation. No fuss at all and a real asset of a mechanic tbh. Great👍
