Whoever it was who picked up and dropped off my car friendly. Car was collected at 8am but wasn’t returned until 7pm I had no communications from the garage, I had to ring up to see if any updates first time nothing second time was told all was done and both batteries were at fault and needed a tyre said they could fix it but would of been able to have the car back till 6pm the next day. Said I would get a report sent of everything that was needed and a price for the work. But this never came through until I messaged the garage the next day asking for it,

I was happy with the communication kept ring me wasn't happy today has there was oil and anti freeze on my drive lifted the bonnet and it looks like they spilt oil and anti freeze so had to wipe it all down im just hoping they haven't gave me a leak as i didnt have one when it went plus filled my service book on the wrong page and put intermittent service but had a full service and didn't get car back till 7pm

Got a call saying that my car also needs a tyre, rear brakes and that my steering rack/rods need replacing (I declined to get the work done) my car now seems to have developed an alternator fault and upon checking online the reviews say many parts have been swapped off cars ect. Not happy I’ve used click mechanic so many times how have you let this happen
