Jacek was very friendly and quick to fix the problem, identifying the fault and fixing it within a couple of hours

Daniel was very professional and knew what he was doing. Turned up promptly and got straight on with the job. When he was finished he went through everything he'd done and showed me pictures of everything he'd replaced. I would have no hesitation in recommending Daniel and would be looking to book him next time.

Very clearly explained what the issue was and what needed to be done. Wasn't really much for him to do so he took a quick look at some other stuff too. Punctual, friendly, and communicative.
