The mechanic didn’t know why he was there. He was not at all knowledgeable. He didn’t complete a full check as described in the package I purchased and I am not at all happy with the work carried out. Moncefs communication skills are very poor. His phone conversations were difficult to understand. He also completed disregarded policy with the garage he was visiting.

Lura was great - prompt responses, turned up on time, carried out the work quickly and was friendly. He brought a colleague with him and they both kept me updated whilst changing the timing belt and oil change - and showed me what they were doing as I was intrigued to see what the belts looked like! Was great, had clutch repair to do, whilst doing it found there was a further problem with the driveshaft seal, managed to source a part and get the whole thing done that day to finish it off.

Ifran arrived well within the 2hr window. I was having a private seller van pre purchase checked. Ifran seemed very knowledgeable and answered my questions honestly. I not sure if all the checks in the premium checklist are relevant to vans and therefore whether it's good value for money. I have a basic understanding of car mechanics but not enough to hang the purchase of a used vehicle from a private seller, hence we used ClickMechanic.
