My assigned mechanic was with Lura based on his reviews however two other lads turned up. Initially a bit concerning. However they were very polite and worked very hard to complete clutch and flywheel replacement in about 4 - 4.5 hours. My car is now functional (very good) although I am experiencing noisy transmission which I will have to seek further advice.

Wouldn't recommend or use again! Mechanic arrived an hour after designated arrival slot (which was already a two hour window) Took three attempts to contact them at which point they returned call and said they'd arrive in 10 minutes. 30 minutes later they finally arrived to pick up car. Took the car away said it would take 3-4 hours. After 5.5 hours they called me and told me it would be at least another hour. In total they had my car for 7 and a half hours not the 3-4 they had suggested. On dropping off the car they drove it back at sunset with no lights on and then proceeded to tell me that the part they replaced, that was supposedly leaking, wasn't the leaking bit at all and simply rusty so replaced that part and just emailed me a quote for the actual leak. Meaning to fix the problem I will now have to pay double the amount when the courteous thing to do would have been for them to have rung me and explained the situation and offered to replace the leak and pay the difference rather than just replacing a fine but old part of my car.

Auras and Alin arrived 1 hour before due time. They diagnosed a faulty slave cylinder where I had thought the clutch had gone, saving me £180. A very satisfactory experience and I will call again when required. I have always used a garage but the convenience of this episode impressed me. Auras and Alin did a great job. Thanks very much

Jason has been great so far. My car needs some extra work done but Jason was honest about which parts were needed and which didn’t need replacing (saving me a fair amount of money) I would highly recommend him if anyone in the Kent area needs work doing.
