Wayne was helpful and sound in his knowledge. He checked and tried different methods of trying to diagnose the fault on my motorhome. By a process of elimination arriving at the conclusion that the fault lay in the lighting stalk on the steering wheel being at fault. This fault was arrived at by all my lights working except when dipped beam was selected on the stalk. Power was proved to be there from the fuse box to the headlights. This was proved by him providing power from the fuse box via the fuses 10amp which brought the lights on. So the fault was indicated to be from the stalk down to the fuse box. He suggested I could prove this by testing for continuity from the plug in points at the base of the steering wheel. This he could not do himself in the time allotted for a diagnostic check as it entails stripping out the plastic covers around the steering wheel to access the plugs. He explained to me how to do this check and I feel I am competent enough to do this myself. He also said if I needed any further advice that I had his number and I could call him. I had suspected that the stalk could be the problem and he arrived at this solution without any prompting from me.

I forgot the chaos name, but he arrived a little early and had the job done quicker than I thought it would be done. Was very communicative and very professional. Was extremely happy with the work and would for sure use those guys again.
