Do NOT book this garage. Supposedly completed a service, didn’t sign the book, told me I needed a part and they’d be back a couple of days later to fit it. The day comes, mechanic never arrives- message to tell me the MOT tester is off sick and my MOT will be rearranged ASAP. Never heard back, my number is blocked and I’m £180 down. DO NOT USE.

Simon was excellent. He arrived on time (even slightly early), communicated clearly and did the inspection at my home within 30 minutes, diagnosing the issue. Highly recommended. 10/10

Haseeb was friendly, I explained to him what had happened to cause the problem with the brakes. He took the car at the agreed time and returned it about an hour and a half later with photographic evidence of the rusty old discs and the new discs and pads on the rear. I was delighted with the whole process from getting a quote to booking and then the very good communication that followed. Excellent service would thoroughly recommend him. The whole process was simple and straightforward.

Terry and Stacey were superb. From the outset their communication was spot on and then they went the extra mile to ensure my car was alive again. If you want a mechanic, then don’t go to these big companies when you have Terry and Stacey who will lol after you and car for you and your car
