James was excellent. Really did his best to fix the problems with our car. Unfortunately it wasn't meant to be but he gave it his all. Would definitely recommend JHM to anybody needing car work.

Nathan was spot on, I messaged him prior to the pre purchase vehicle inspection to put my mind at rest as was buying the car blind. He called me back to explain what he would do and the report he would send. Nathan also called me whilst on the inspection to discuss the car itself and reported anything which was wrong or missing. Report was emailed straight after the inspection. Vladut was very professional and knowledgeable, he explained the procedure to me, the pros and cons, and what I could expect in terms of results. He completed the clean promptly, and showed me a hole in my DPF that will need to be welded, and confirmed my suspicions that the turbo was knackered. 10/10, would recommend him to anyone.
